Reunion dinner during CNY eve 除夕团圆饭

Happy Chinese New Year to all!

The Year of 2008 is the year of RAT!
My daddy and me are the "rats" in the family, this is the year of us!!! lols

As usual, all the family members will gather to have the reunion lunch/dinner during CNY eve.

Mommy had prepare many delicious dishes. Our round dining table were full with various of dishes. Yummy!

I am so excited that my lovely daddy had prepare "Kwong Sai Kou Yok", one of our favourite dishes which we had looking for so long. He had specially spent one whole day to prepare this dishes one day before CNY eve. It is not an easy work, besides the time-consuming process, you have to know how to choose a "3 layer meat" and a mealy yam.

I am so grateful that all my family members had successfully overcome all the challenge in life during the year of pig. We are all wishing for a better year ahead.

We had a happy dinner time. I really enjoy the atmosphere.

After the dinner, we cooperate to do the final clean up jobs to welcome the year of rat!

2008年是鼠年

今年可是爸爸和我的年哦,因为我们俩是家里的“老鼠”!哈哈

像往年一样,我们一家人在除夕夜都会聚在一起吃团圆饭。

妈妈准备了很多美味可口的菜肴。我们的圆饭桌被各式各样的菜肴占满了。

值得兴奋的是爸爸特别准备了他的拿手好菜--广西扣肉!我们可是期盼了好久。爸爸为了亲自准备这一道传统菜肴,特地提早一天收工,精心准备。整个过程除了耗时,还要懂得调味,如何选购肥瘦适中的三层肉和粉粉的芋头!就这样一片肉,一片芋头,不断间隔着。


真的很感恩一家人平安健康的过了一年。我们都期盼未来的一年会比今年更好更进步。

饭后,我们分工合作把剩余的清理与布置工作完成,迎接鼠年的到来!
